FRP Ladders

Metallicforge crafts FRP Pultruded Ladders using isophthalic/Vinyl Ester resin pultruded profiles, customizing them with safety cage options for safe vertical climbing access needs. Our capabilities extend to designing and fabricating ladder systems tailored to meet specific client requirements.

Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) Ladders and Safety Cages are Design, accordance with OSHA standards, Section 1910.27,

FRP Ladders and Safety Cages are fabricated from FRP Pultruded profiles which will have a Class 1 fire retardance, as per ASTM E-84 flame spread rating of 25 or less.

Corrosion-proof ladders. Fixed vertical ladders are suitable for any application in corrosive environments.

Excellent mechanical resistance
The excellent mechanical resistance and the anti-slip rung profile, make the ladders ideal for intensive use. Model 470 is in conformity with EN 14122 standards.

Easy to use
Supplied in the requested lengths (up to 6 m in one part, beyond 6 m, in two parts). With or without fixing plates, with or without safety cage, they can be adapted to any application. Their lightweight structure further helps easy installation.
